The Earthbox© consists of the box with an overflow hole, a platform, a filling tube, and a mulch cover. The mulch cover keeps moisture in, and weeds and cats out. The box is filled with potting mix and a strip of fertilizer runs the length of the box. The only maintenance is adding water. Frequency depends on the plants and the temperature.
